Study Programs

The Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Islam Riau offers two study programs: the Dentistry Study Program and the Dental Profession Education Program.

Both programs are closely connected and work together to prepare competent, skilled, and professional dentists who uphold Islamic values in their dental practice and patient care.

The Dentistry Study Program provides students who have graduated from senior high school with knowledge and skills in various fields of dentistry. It aims to develop competent dentists with strong academic knowledge and Islamic values.

Graduates of this program are awarded the degree of Bachelor of Dentistry (S.KG).

The Dental Profession Education Program provides practical training for graduates of the Dentistry Study Program (S.KG). Students develop their clinical skills and learn how to provide dental care directly to patients.

Graduates of this program are awarded the professional title of Dentist (drg.).
